 (In [18904]) FFmpeg sync to r15261. Refs #4862

 Too much changes to list them all. The most important changes for mythtv
 are probably the improvements in the H264 decoder, MLP/TrueHD and AAC
 decoder.
 The native AAC decoder does only support Main and Low Complexity profile
 AAC.
 The usual bugfixes and optimizations are also included.
 libavcodec uses now yasm for some SIMD assembler functions.
