 Stuart, updated channeleditor patch applied which converts it all to
 mythui and fixes a number of bugs with the icon import in trunk such as
 not being able to exit whilst import is in progress.

 The transporteditor patch is invalid for now - I have a much bigger patch
 which converts all the capturecard related dialogs which I need to get
 into shape for a ticket.
