Log:

Have mythfrontend register two more callbacks with the TV player class that
allow it to run the EPG and Prog Finder screens.

Also start to update the Prog Finder screen to allow it have the tv player
embedded like the EPG. I'm going to wait until we have a proper widget to
emebed the player rather than repeat a load of stuff from the EPG screen.
