 If the RewriteBase apache directive is used and set to '/', instead of the
 default '/mythweb', a str_replace to generate the hyperlinks to the ICal
 and RSS files functions improperly.

 The default link should be
     /mythweb/ical/tv/upcoming?
 becomes
     /ical/tv/ical/upcoming?

 The patch adds a check for this particular scenario in both places.
