 (In [20453]) Carry over [20452] from trunk.

 Don't try to AutoExpire? items on a filesystem if we received invalid (-1)
 totalSpaceKB or usedSpaceKB results back from GetFilesystemInfos?() for
 that filesystem.

 References #6503, but does not address the root cause of the issue
 described in the ticket.
