Comment:

 (In [21423]) Fixes #3493.  Add support for MythVideo Coverart images in
 the OSD.  Only currently supports local mount coverart, but is written in
 anticipation of a MythUI OSD.  Once the OSD is MythUI'd it will already
 support image load from SGs.  Review and signoff by cpinkham.
