 Since changeset 21509, filename parsing in mythvideo is significantly
 better - however there is an issue where the filename contains something
 numeric after the episode designation.  For example:
 "Warehouse.13.S01E09.720p.HDTV.x264-CTU.mkv" will parse out to "Warehouse
 13 S01E" season 9 episode 720.

 The problem seems to be the allowance of a space as a episode marker in
 metadata.cpp line 1418.  If the space is removed, then it works as
 expected.

 Not sure how many folks are using spaces between season and episode
 designations, but the syntax above is extremely common.
