 This patch enables the translation of the action descriptions in the key
 binding editor. Thanks to stuartm for his help.

 Note that the Context names are still not translatable. I couldn't figure
 out how to keep the english name in the database and only change the GUI
 appearance without duplicating the translated Context name in the
 mythfrontend's .ts file and every plugin's .ts file.
