Log:

Fix some MythMusic music and cover art importer bugs after the switch to MythUI.

* Fix a couple of segfaults in the cover art importer.
* Fix several widgets having the wrong name.
* Fix not being able to move to other widgets in the cover art dialog.
* Update the default and default-wide themes so they are usable.
* Convert the scan busy dialog to a mythui one.
