 Trunk + t5882_S2Api_5 + http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/changeset/19094 is all
 I need to get it working.

 In addition I find that the message "FindH264Keyframes: No ringbuffer" in
 libs/libmythtv/dtvrecorder.cpp is repeated so many times that it clogs the
 system (iowait) for a few seconds when opening a HD-channel (if mythbacend
 output goes to a file). I've simply commented it in the source. A better
 solution would be to catch and only report one in N of such duplicated
 messages.

 I'm on 1W and have no FTA S2-channels to test, but FTA or decrypted
 shouldn't matter .. in theory at least.
