 This gives MythUIText the ability to size itself by the width of its
 content. MythUIButtonlist also needs to be aware of this, so it redraws
 the necessary elements of the buttonlist when needed.

 This is aiming towards to creating a theme like this:

 Notice the width of the textareas.
