Log:

Improved handling of the DecodeExtraAudio setting. The main problem was the setting not being toggled when the video stream/renderer changed (most noticeably when starting live tv). Also removes some more renderer specific code in NuppelVideoPlayer and fixes a small issue where the option was forced unnecessarily for VDPAU software decode.
