Log:

Speed up MythUIShape by only drawing the shape once and storing it in a
MythImage. 

Drawing the antialiased rounded rectangles was taking too long
causing the fade effect to stutter on slower hardware and slowing down
scrolling in lists on some screens using a <shape> as the background.
