maps libav messages more fine grained to mythtv verbose levels

fatal errors are VB_IMPORTANT, non fatal errors VB_GENERAL
warnings VB_LIBAV, verbose and info messages VB_LIBAV|VB_EXTRA

Refs #6729, that message is a non fatal error and can thus repressed by -v nogeneral
