 If the multirec patches were ever merged (hint hint) then a new set of
 patches could be done to clean up the hdhomerun handling but it seems
 counterproductive to start new patches based on the non-multirec code.

 Changing from the hdhomerun_control to hdhomerun_device is actually pretty
 trivial, just rename the calls from hdhomerun_control_* to
 hdhomerun_device_* and change the first argument from _control_sock to an
 hdhomerun_device object.
