 The attached patch adds DB and UI for subtitle, Season #, and Episode #
 values in MythVideo.  The TVDB grabber in Trac allows for submitting the
 Show name and subtitle and getting back season and episode information.

 This opens up a number of possibilities, including sort by season,
 automated playlist ordering, and other general UI and usability
 improvements.  I have updated my patch for #6158 with the ability to poll
 the last season and episode in MythVideo in order to determine the correct
 next export season and episode values.
