 As of ivtv 1.4.0 (kernel 2.6.27), there were some minor changes to move
 toward removing the last proprietary ioctls for controlling the PVR350
 OSD. These don't break existing code, but patches are required to move
 away from the old ioctls.

 This patch modifies MythTV PVR350 output support to remove usage of the
 old osd dma ioctl when used with ivtv >= 1.4.0 since the driver will now
 use dma for write() operations.
