 In SVN 20063 DefaultStartOffset has become RecordPreRoll and
 DefaultEndOffset has become RecordOverTime.

 Both are now seconds not minutes.

 I edited ./modules/tv/schedules_custom.php and ./modules/tv/detail.php to
 fix this for me.

 t('seconds') complains about a lack of translations on the webpage.
