Log:

Closes #6280 Allow livetv to switch to another encoder when a pseudo
recording is active.

This a change in behaviour from previous versions.

In MythTV versions 0.21 and below the user was not allowed to change
channels once a pseudo recording was active on that encoder.

With this change the user can change channels to another encoder if
there is one available.
