 everytime mythbackend starts, it send the motorize dish to on position,
 then to another and maybe other positions as well

 This is probably due to tuning to some stations. however, there is no
 recording, no live watching etc.

 there is also no eit/epg scanning enabled on any of the dvb cards/sources
