 It seems that we still need the BE directory of TV channel icons to be
 mounted or copied over if we want to have the channel icons visible in
 remote FE's.

 I believe this would be the last set of images that could benefit from the
 new SG infrastrcuture on the BE. I think the changes to implement would be
 quite trivial as most of the code is already in.
