 Bill, how would you feel about adding these options as optional
 buttonlists (like the date buttonlist in trunk) instead?  Your approach
 isn't wrong, it's just a bit of an artifact of the old style of doing
 things, and it would be nice to give themers the flexibility to add these
 options as seperate buttonlists.
