Log:

Remove now unnecessary movie metadata grabber settings.  All movie grabbers have been converted to no longer require them.  I should be able to remove four more settings for the TV grabber (and a whole mess of code in MythVideo) once I/Doug get ttvdb.py converted to the new scheme.
