Log:

Simplify more MythVideo settings.  Remove settings for:  Default View, Enable Metadata Browse Modes, Default Metadata Browse Mode.

Instead, value gets saved in the DB upon any change in the UI.  If you change to Browse mode, it will be browse mode the next time you enter.  If you change to Genre view, it will be Genre view the next time you enter.  Of course, jump points to enter a particular view will still work as they always did.
