 Looks like it's an issue with the IsTunable subroutine.

 I have three tuners, tuner 1 pvr150, tuner 2 Kworld ATSC 110, tuner 3 Tv
 Wonder

 Start LiveTV on tuner 1, OSD will only display info from tuner 2.
 (tuner_bad.log)
 Start LiveTV on tuner 3, OSD will display info from tuner 1 and tuner 2.
 (tuner_good.log)
