 Adds <arrange> and <align> to <buttonlist>.

 If <arrange> is not specified, or is set to fixed, then the traditional
 layout engine is used.

 if <arrange> is set to fill, stack or spread, a new layout engine is used
 which dynamically lays out the buttons based on their size.

 <align> can be used to align the buttons within the <buttonarea>
