Comment:

 On submitting with "Update Recording Settings" from the Program Detail
 screen, you are returned to the updated Program Detail screen for the show
 recording rule (the given recordid).

 However, if the program is determined to be invalid (it has no starttime
 and no recordid), MythWeb issues a warning ("Unknown Recording Schedule"
 or "Unknown Program") and sends you to Recording Schedules (if there's a
 recordid) or Listings (if there isn't).  Therefore, from your description,
 your recording rule is missing a recordid (or has an invalid recordid).
