Log:

Move all the old themes which have not been rewritten for mythui to a new oldthemes directory. If these themes aren't themed for the new ui by 0.23 then we'll let them go. The hope is that we'll see some fresh new themes or new spins on these old designs in the next few months. Many of these themes never went beyond the menu, it would be fair to expect a higher standard going forward.
