 It's a design choice, he doesn't like the screenshots that TVDB provides,
 and I can't say I blame him.  :)

 For .23 we will likely be generating our own screenshots from the video
 itself, so they ought to be a bit nicer, but it will still be possible for
 the user/themer to hardcode the behavior if they don't want to see the
 screenshots (by changing the imagetype in the mythvideo buttonlist from
 "buttonimage" to "coverfile" or "fanart" or whatever they prefer the
 button image to be).
