Log:

Multiple JAMU fixes.  Fixes two rare aborts.  Adds a default config file location of ~/.mythtv/jamu.conf. Fixes image downloads for items obtained w/ MiroBridge.  Avoids covart/fanart download for items in the 'Deleted' Recording Group.  Removes some now-unused code.
