Log:

Fix the partial-encoding-corruption check for people.name, which uses a 41-char index prefix length, meaning that we need uniqueness within the first 41-chars of the 128-char column. This more-stringent check ensures that we detect errors that will cause problems during the conversion.  Thanks to Petr Stehlik for reporting the issue.
