Log:

Modify the MythVideo image hunt prior to downloading new
images so that we use the optimized version of QUERY_SG_GETFILELIST
rather than checking for each file individually using RemoteFile.

This should speed the hunting up for people with remotely mounted
filesystems or slower backends.
