 This should probably be taken to the -users list because it sounds like a
 configuration issue.  If my memory serves, SchedulesDirect matches up
 channels in a digital lineup using the xmltvid column/setting on each
 channel.  Asking on -users should get you the help you need.  I'll let
 another ticket triage-r close this if they concur.
