 Hi,

 The following patch associates/binds mythfilldatabase, mythcommflag,
 mythtranscode & mythlcdserver to their translation file (mythfrontend?).

 The declarations and translation calls where already in place (I only
 added a few translation call for some mythcommflag statuses) and the
 translation file already contained the appropriate entries, the only thing
 missing was the call to LanguageSettings::load().
