 if anyone has time to fix this.. stripped ISO can be found at
 http://38.114.169.249/dvd_menu_with_incorrect_dvd_button_in_setup.tar.gz

 go to the "setup" dvd menu and scroll down through the options. couple of
 the buttons aren't drawn properly. haven't figured out yet if its dvdnav
 returning the wrong pixel map or NVP code is drawing it wrong.
