Comment:

 (In [24155]) Fix #8350.  Increase the grabber capabilities query timeout
 in mythfilldatabase to work around bug in XMLtv grabbers when a
 capabilities query takes an outlandishly long time.  Also slightly more
 tolerant then used on underpowered systems.
