 1) Submitting the latest libhdhomerun version.

 I have not been able to reproduce the "both tuners concurrently would
 cause one or both recordings to fail" bug previously reported. Tested with
 QuickTune enabled and Max recordings per tuner set to 1.

 2) Added ability to tune by vchannel to support possible future products.

 3) Added check to prevent prevent PID filter update from overwriting tune
 by program number or tune by vchannel.

 If anyone is able to reproduce the previously reported concurrent-record
 bug please let me know and I will debug.
