Log:

MythMusic: Always handle the PLAYBACK_START and PLAYBACK_END messages in the
music player.

Previously they were only handled when the player didn't have a client
connected but it is possible to start video playback using a mouse while the
mini-player is on screen which was not stopping the music player.
