Log:

Remove the smartfill contrib script.

Users who previously used the smartfill script should use --dd-grab-all, instead, and will get all available data every day without stressing the DataDirect servers the way the smartfill script does.  See [26033].  This script is not being moved to the wiki since no one should run it, or any script like it, anymore.  Instead, please use --dd-grab-all.
