 It is not possible to select language when watching SD-channels that use
 teletext captions for subtitles. The frontend uses the first available
 language regardless of language preferences or selection from the menu.
 The attached image shows the menu with the available subtitle-languages,
 but only the first alternative (swedish) is displayed. When reopened the
 menu doesn't indicate the active selection either (it does for DVB-
 subtitles).
