 And as I said, please try to run said file the command line above.  I
 *know* they exist, that's why I'm telling you to run the API file as above
 for more information.  Again, this has in every case been a pre-requisite
 missing issue thus far rather than a script issue.  Please take your
 discussion to a list if you don't see what is missing from following the
 instructions above.
