Log:

Fix VDPAU/XVideo playback with chromakeying on systems with libpulse. This was broken by the recent pulseaudio disabling changes. myth_system() re-enables MythUI painting when myth_system is called without MYTH_SYSTEM_DONT_BLOCK_PARENT, which results in MythUI to painting over the chromakey.
