 (In [23759]) Refs #8200.  When transcode job is complete, update progress
 bar and status message to reflect the fact.  It does appear that we used
 to be able to send progress events back during the transcode, haven't
 figured out yet whether we no longer do so due to changes in transcode or
 the MythUI port.
