 Nvidia Driver 195.36.15 significantly improved decoding of corrupted
 files, so this issue is even less of a problem than it was before. It is
 no longer necessary to use FFmpeg as the decoder. When VDPAU is the the
 decoder, the flashing effect does not occur.
