Fixes #8412.  Complete en_gb translation for MythTV.  Patch from Nick Morott who earns bonus points for the following: Fixing broken ellipses and fixing in translation several strings which are misspelled.  For extra EXTRA bonus points, patches to fix the untranslated strings would be awesome.  :)
