Comment:

 No diagnostic info at all, no copy of the backtrace, and works for
 everyone polled on both .23 and trunk.  Marking as invalid, please follow
 up on the users list and if it's determined that there is a legitimate bug
 here, we can give you some tips on how to open a more fruitful ticket.
