 Other than the obvious sound configuration issue...

 Make sure you that your capture card and is properly configured, which
 sounds like it isn't (due to the 32kHz sampling rate in your first log)
 Run mythtv-setup and adjust the sampling rate ; either don't set up any
 override rate; or use 48kHz
