Now that we have an explicit setting controlling whether metadata is written to the file we don't need to offer the choice to the user when saving metadata changes. This is in the spirit of simplifying the UI for the majority even though I suspect some users will want to write metadata some times and not others. MythMusic's primary function is not to serve as a tag editor. Once the metadata editing screen is ported to mythui we can exchange the 'Done' button for 'Save' and 'Cancel' removing the need for any confirmation dialog.
