Log:

Allow settings saved before we have a database, e.g. bootstrapped screens to be written to the database as soon as it becomes available. This fixes the Country and Language settings, once selected in the bootstrapped Language/Country prompt they were being remembered for the remainder of the session and then lost again once we exited the frontend.
