Log:

libmythbluray: Add HDMV Presentation Graphics capabilities, menu overlay, and user input to the API.  Note that this does *not* mean that we are presenting menus yet, this is still unimplemented in Myth code (but should at least now be possible to start looking at).  In fact, this resync does not touch currently used code at all (making it safe to add at this late date).  It is a decent starting point to start working on HDMV menu overlay and HDMV VM Navigation mode, though.  Syncs us with upstream 4e6438636c7ec41487ad98c90a15d36d8307b2c7.
